5. Course Access

When you purchase a course, access to the purchased course is provided according to the course terms displayed on our website.

For courses providing six months of access, the six-month access period begins on the date of successful purchase.

Course access will generally remain available for six months from the purchase date and may expire automatically after that period.

6. Recorded Training

Our training programs may contain recorded videos and educational materials relating to cleaning products, chemical products, cosmetic products, product formulations, manufacturing processes, product development, entrepreneurship, and business-related information.

These materials are provided to customers who have purchased the applicable course.

7. Downloadable Materials and Formulas

Once access to such materials has been provided, customers may be able to download or save them for their personal educational use.

Customers must not redistribute, resell, publish, upload, reproduce or commercially distribute our proprietary course materials without written permission.

8. Live Question-and-Answer Sessions

Certain training programs may include live question-and-answer sessions. For a one-month training program, live question-and-answer sessions may be conducted weekly as specified in the course description.

Information shared by participants during such sessions may be visible to the trainer and other authorized participants. Participants should not share unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information during live sessions.

9. WhatsApp Communication

We may use WhatsApp to communicate with students and customers for course announcements, schedules, live Q&A information, training updates, customer support, course access information, payment-related communication, and important service notifications.

If you provide your WhatsApp number, you acknowledge that we may use it for relevant course and service communications. WhatsApp is a third-party communication platform and its own terms and privacy practices may apply.

10. Hosting and Storage

Our website, course videos and related information may be hosted using Hostinger. Hostinger may process technical information and other information necessary to provide hosting, storage, website and infrastructure services.
