1. No Refund Policy
All course purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Once payment has been successfully completed and course access or digital course materials have been provided, we do not ordinarily offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
2. Why Courses Are Non-Refundable
Our courses may contain recorded video lectures, proprietary formulas, downloadable educational materials, manufacturing information, product formulation information, documents and other digital resources.
Because digital educational content can be accessed and retained after delivery, purchases are treated as final.
3. Before Purchasing
Customers should carefully review course description, duration, contents, six-month access period, included live Q&A sessions, digital materials, pricing, and terms and conditions before making payment.
4. Failed Payments
