1. About Our Services

HOUSEHOLD PRODUCT ENTERPRISES (ROTANA) ISO 9001:2015 provides educational and training programs relating to cleaning products, chemical products, cosmetic products, product formulations, manufacturing, product development, entrepreneurship, and related educational subjects.

Training may be provided through recorded videos, downloadable materials, live sessions, question-and-answer sessions and other educational formats.

2. Course Purchase

When you purchase a course, you agree to provide accurate information required for registration and payment. A course purchase is considered successful after payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

3. Course Access

Courses are digital educational products. Where six-month access is specified, access begins from the date of successful purchase and remains available for six months. After the six-month access period expires, access may be automatically disabled.

4. One-Month Training

Where a one-month training program is purchased, the training period and included live question-and-answer sessions will be provided according to the schedule specified for that particular course. Recorded videos may remain available according to the applicable six-month course access period.

5. Live Q&A

Where live Q&A sessions are included, they will be conducted according to the schedule communicated to enrolled students. We may modify a session schedule when reasonably necessary due to technical, operational or other circumstances.

6. Personal Use

Purchased courses are provided for the individual purchaser's educational use. You may not share login credentials, give access to another person, resell the course, copy and redistribute course materials, upload videos elsewhere, sell proprietary formulas, publish materials, or create a competing course using our proprietary materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All course videos, formulas, documents, notes, images, written materials, recordings, designs and educational content provided by HOUSEHOLD PRODUCT ENTERPRISES (ROTANA) ISO 9001:2015 are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a course gives you a limited right to access and use the course for personal educational purposes and does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

8. Downloadable Formulas and Materials

Some courses contain downloadable formulas, documents and educational materials for personal educational use. You must not commercially redistribute, resell or publicly publish our proprietary formulas or educational materials without written permission.

9. Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay. After successful payment, course access may be provided electronically.

10. Refund and Cancellation

All course purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Because our courses contain proprietary formulas, recorded training videos and downloadable digital educational materials that become available after purchase, we do not ordinarily provide refunds, cancellations or exchanges after successful purchase. Customers are encouraged to carefully review course details prior to payment.

11. Course Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our course platform and educational materials available, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting, or technical circumstances beyond our control.

12. Chemical and Product Safety

Our courses are educational in nature. Students are responsible for following appropriate safety practices, manufacturer instructions, Safety Data Sheets, applicable laws, regulations, testing, labeling, and professional guidance when handling chemicals, ingredients, and equipment.

13. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their business, manufacturing, product safety, testing, packaging, labeling, storage, environmental standards, and licenses.

14. No Business Guarantee

We do not guarantee that completing a course will result in a particular level of sales, income, profit, employment or business success.

15. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user shares an account, distributes content without permission, attempts unauthorized access, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

16. Website Use

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, damage or disrupt the website, introduce malicious software, bypass security, or use the website for unlawful activities.

17. Changes to Courses

We may make reasonable changes to course content, schedules, instructors, videos or other educational materials when necessary to improve training.
